Breathe Easy Living is excited to present Intro Into Tai Chi.

This two hour workshop will allow students to learn and practice tai chi. This “meditation in motion” promotes serenity through gentle movements- connecting the mind and body.
Within in this workshop, students will focus on the fluid, gentle, graceful,and circular movements that are relaxed. As the body and mind slows, breath is deepened. This directly aids in relaxation, focus, and visualization. The body relaxes within the practice and thus allows “Chi”
What To Bring:
Please bring a water, snack, and or energy inside the body to flow.
Tai Chi is a graceful form of exercise used for stress reduction, and to help with a variety of health conditions. Breathe Easy practices the Sun-Style to allow all participants with injuries, aliments, and arthritis to safely and effectively learn.
